What we do
We connect Nigerian students and early-career professionals to global innovation.
Through organisational visits, hands-on learning, and cultural immersion across Europe. Participants learn from industry professionals, explore new cultures, and build meaningful connections. Our support continues beyond the journey through mentorship, career guidance, and structured job-search support, helping them turn their experiences into practical steps towards their goals.
Ways the programme works
What kind of programme is this?
Four parts, running from the first hosted visit to the job search months after you are home.

Global Innovation & Industry Visits
We take participants inside organisations across Europe to explore how ideas become real-world solutions.

Cultural Immersion & Connections
We bring participants closer to different cultures through shared travel experiences, historic landmarks, and everyday life in new cities.

Hands-on Learning & Mentorship
We combine practical learning, collaborative projects, and guided reflection to help participants build skills and confidence.

Career Development & Placement Support
Our support continues after participants return home.

After the programme
The journey ends. The support does not.
Six weeks abroad is the part people see. What decides whether it changes a career is the year that follows, and that part is run as a programme rather than an open offer of help.
Participants work in cycles. Each cycle carries an application target and a deadline, every application is evidenced before it counts, the CV is held to a published one-page standard, and those who keep to the timelines go into one-to-one growth sessions. The cycles repeat for as long as someone is still looking.
